I was reading Time magazine about Fit vs. Fat. According to the article, there was "a study of 14,345 men found that regardless of how much weight they gained or lost over 11 years, those who stayed fit or got even fitter, as measured by performance on a treadmill test, lowered their risk of dying from heart conditions by at least 30% compared with those who fell out of shape.
GET OFF THE COUCH!
