Livin' Healthy

I was at Berkeley bowl the other day. I love this store. Some things are a bit pricey. They have a huge a selection of fresh delicious produce. While in the fruit section, I found these little things called Baby Kiwi berries. You eat it as you would eat grapes. At least I do.


Rich in vitamin C and naturally low in fat, cholesterol and sodium. They are also high in fiber and a great source of potassium, vitamin E and magnesium.

They are delicious!!
